This notice outlines how the Kiwanis Club of Myrtle Beach may use event images and how we manage contributions made in support of our community programs.

Media Disclaimer

By attending a Kiwanis Club of Myrtle Beach meeting, event, or service project, you acknowledge and agree that photographs or video may be taken in which you appear.

These images may be used in print or digital materials—including social media, newsletters, and our website—to promote Kiwanis community programs and outreach efforts.

If you prefer not to have your image used, please notify a club officer or email us at ChuckHawk@gmail.com prior to the event or as soon as possible afterward.
 

 Donation Policy

We are grateful for every contribution that helps us serve the children and families of our community.

• All donations made to the Kiwanis Club of Myrtle Beach are voluntary and used to support our service projects, youth programs, and community outreach.

• Unless otherwise noted, donations are non-refundable.

• We do not collect or store credit card information. All online transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party platforms.
